Session Length and Frequency

Sessions typically last 50-60 mins. Frequency of sessions is dependent on many factors including client need, schedule, client diagnosis and specific treatment modalities.  Typically, when beginning therapy, the frequency of meeting is higher (maybe once a week) and this decreases with time and stability of the client.
